Three Arrested for Allegedly Stealing $600,000 in Rental Equipment
Panama City Beach, Fl. (02/18/2010) — It was learned unknown persons had cut a section of
the fence and removed several items of rental equipment to include welders, generators, concrete
equipment, pumps and a utility trailer. Items taken were in excess of $60,000[sic].

Ri$k Happens: Stolen Equipment
Kansas City, MO (01/10/2010) — A rental store rented a backhoe to a local contractor who had a job to complete at an industrial complex. Two days after the equipment was rented out, the rental store received a phone call from the contractor, who said the backhoe had been stolen overnight from the parking lot of the job site.
